Return Policy

Exchanges & Returns (Continental US only)

You can return or exchange items online within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked Final Sale, Final Markdown, or Clearance are not eligible for return.

All returned items must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and with all designer tags (including Sock Fellas Club) still attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. There is no restocking fee for returns.

Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return or exchange once received.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
